Each croissant is processed exclusively with butter, with the exception of the vegan processing which takes place with high-quality margarine plus Tuscia oil..
The second step is was the creation of a network of companies farmers and suppliers of Tuscia. This is how Grandori’s 0 km croissant was born!
For the strictly local raw materials used, we mention, among other things:
