- 210 g dry biscuits
- 100 g melted butter
- for the coffee cream
- 3 raw tablespoons powdered sugar
- 210 g mascarpone
- 30 g caster sugar
- 25 ml espresso coffee
- a teaspoon of instant coffee
- a couple of teaspoons of 70% dark cocoa
- 210 g cream
- To finish
- coffee-shaped chocolate beans
- 70% dark cocoa powder

Mix the crumbled biscuits with the melted butter and use the homogeneous mixture to line the muffin tins that are already covered with cling film. Let the bottoms solidify in the freezer for 20 minutes

Meanwhile, pour the mascarpone cheese into a bowl and add the cocoa, espresso and soluble coffee, powdered sugar and icing sugar. Mix the ingredients with a whisk on low speed and mix the whipped cream into spoons. Let the coffee cream rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
