Ferrara, April 29 – “Ferrara is the soul of our coffee and if we can today combine our raw material with the territory it is thanks to the municipality, which last year approved the denomination in our brand”. Words from Tania Fregnani, owner (in collaboration with Claudia Cavallini) of the brands “Torrefazione Ferrara” and “L’angolo del caffè italiano”, who today met the mayor Alan Fabbri, together with Nicola Salierno, marketing manager for the Ferrara company, presented to the mayor the new coffee liqueur made in Ferrara, marked with the label representing the castle Este. The owners – whose company has four employees – also illustrated the next project, which is aimed at the new generations: “We want to create educations to let young people, and everyone who is interested, take this path to enter the coffee world and know processes, offers all training tools for making roasting, blending, learning sales techniques and building special and captivating offerings, in line with market needs and always with a view to quality “. “For us, the strength of the territory is fundamental, which is why we have included a strong local characterization in our brand, thus bringing a bit of Ferrara far beyond the boundaries of its walls: in fact, we have four stores, in addition to the one in via Modena, in Bologna Borgo Panigale, Occhiobello and Bondeno and we are in dozens of outlets between Imola, the Finale area and the Bologna area. “A new product under the Ferrara brand will be a vehicle to market the area, its products and its know-how – said the mayor Fabbri -. As we also show with the project Denominazione Comunale di Origine (De.CO) and with new meetings dedicated to cooking and typical products – first and foremost Ferrara Food Festival – the improvement of the context where the products are manufactured is basic and becomes an effective marketing tool and added value for the whole the city ”.
