Instead of the usual tiramisu with coffee and cocoa, in this recipe we will see how to prepare one with amaretti and peaches in syrup. Here are all the ingredients you need.

  • 500 g mascarpone;
  • 4 eggs;

Cut the peaches into syrup into cubes. Set aside a spoonful of the liquid in which they are usually stored. Once this is done, separate the yolks from the rest of the eggs. Put them in a bowl and whisk them together with the sugar. Add the mascarpone and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. In a second bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff. Put them together with the rest of the ingredients and mix from the bottom up, try not to let them separate. The cream is ready.

Dip the macaroons in the peach syrup and crumble them. Put a first layer in the container where you intend to prepare the tiramisu. Wrap with a layer of cream and with cubes of peach in syrup. Repeat the operation until all ingredients are finished or the pan is full. Finally, decorate with crumbled amaretti or some softened whole amaretto. This fresh summer tiramisu is ready. All that remains is to eat it.
