Sunday 28 August 18.30 At Caffè de La Versiliana, lawyers Andrea Mitresi and Stefano Maccioni present their books on the Rocco and Pasolini cases.

Marina di Pietrasanta (LU) – The meeting at Caffè de La Versiliana on Sunday, August 28 will be an opportunity to present two books, both with a “cold case” to be solved. The lawyer is the protagonist of the scene “Romano Battaglia”. Andrea Mitresi, who will present “The Rocco case”: Matteo Falco is a criminal lawyer who finds himself helping Vito Rocco, accused of the most deviant crimes of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl. The main character never misses an opportunity to repeat that lawyers represent the category that protects the weakest, those who do not claim the right to be protected but the duty to protect others for the good of all. Along with him, both moderated by Claudio Sottili, the lawyer will be a guest Stefano Maccioni which will present ‘Pasolini. A case never finished ‘, which tells the most controversial and never clarified events of the death of Pier Paolo Pasolini. Old files, almost forgotten, are reopened by a lawyer, a criminologist and a journalist who try to piece together an unsolved case by going back in time almost half a century.

Incontri al Caffè takes place every afternoon at ‘Spazio Caffè Romano Battaglia’ starting at 6.30pm. Free entry subject to availability. The program may change. Complete program on the website www.versilianafestival.it
