There are many people who love tiramisu for its freshness and goodness. A dessert with a thousand versions always replicated with great success and approval by the guests.
Tiramisu is truly a dessert that can always be cooked, for any occasion, for just a few euros. In the version suggested here, you can prepare one without raw eggs and without ladyfingers. An extraordinary combination full of taste and ingenuity, a must try.
- 200 gr whipping cream;
- 150 grams of dry biscuits;
- an envelope of vanillin;
- 100 grams of sugar;
- 400 ml milk;
- 100 g butter;
- 2 eggs;
This coffee dessert without baking is not a tiramisu that will surprise everyone with its ingredients and goodness
Start the preparation by starting with the coffee being lightly diluted in water so as not to overload the taste. When this is done, let it cool and in the meantime move on to the rest.
Take a saucepan, pour in the milk and heat it without boiling. Pour eggs and sugar separately into a bowl and whisk them using an electric whisk until a creamy mixture is obtained. Then add the vanilla, just 100 ml of milk and continue mixing.
The freshly prepared mixture can be added to the milk in the saucepan, now heated, turned and mixed gently to avoid lumps and set on moderate heat. Let it cook until a not too thick cream has formed and during cooking turn slowly so that it does not burn to the bottom.
Then add some butter to the cream and turn so that it mixes. While the cream is cooling, take the fresh cream out of the fridge and whisk it using the electric whisk. Add the cream to the cream with a silicone spatula with movements from the bottom up to avoid disassembling the mixture.
Now soak the biscuits in the coffee, as you usually do with ladyfingers, so just a few seconds so that they do not break. Take a container like a glass bowl and cover the first layer with the soaked biscuits.
After the first layer, continue with the second and a third if the ingredients are not finished and finish with a lot of cream on the surface. Finally, leave it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving and garnish with cocoa or chocolate chips if desired.
