A dessert that can also be prepared by the less experienced in the kitchen.
This fresh and creamy tiramisu is prepared without eggs and coffee but with seasonal ingredients that make everyone crazy
In the previous lines, we have provided the basic ingredients to prepare the classic tiramisu. But in reality, this is a very versatile dessert that can be easily adapted. It only takes a little imagination. In the recipe we are going to suggest, for example, we do not use coffee or eggs.
Ingredients:
- 300 g ladyfingers;
- 250 g mascarpone;
- 250 ml fresh cream;
- 300 g fresh fruit (apricots, strawberries, blueberries)
For the syrup:
- 1 cup of water;
- 2 teaspoons sugar;
- 4 teaspoons limoncello.
Method
Let’s start with the preparation of the syrup. Let the water and sugar heat up in a saucepan. When this has melted, turn off the heat, add the limoncello and allow to cool. Now whip the liquid cream (cold from the fridge) and mix it with the previously processed mascarpone. Remember to mix from the bottom up, until you get a compact cream. It’s time to put all the ingredients together.
We cover the bottom of a bowl with ladyfingers soaked in the syrup. Pour the previously prepared cream when it has stuck. We have some fruit washed and cut into small pieces. We cover with other soaked ladyfingers and pour the cream again. We pay close attention to the level. Finally, we combine the fruit and decorate. Our tiramisu is ready. Let it cool in the fridge for about an hour. Of course we can exchange apricots, strawberries and blueberries for the fruit we like best. This fresh and creamy tiramisu is cooked very quickly and will appeal to the whole family, also thanks to the seasonal fruit used.
